For people who are uninsured or have government insurance and cannot afford their Novartis medicine. Medicare, Medicaid and VA are not addressed one by one; Extra Help denial may be required. Commercial insurance is not listed as eligible. No product is given to people whose insurance uses an alternate funding program that restricts coverage based on NPAF applications. Must be an outpatient of a licensed US provider.

Not for people whose employer or plan sends them to the program as a condition of coverage.
