What’s in it?

Counted from the catalog, today.

  • 1589 products

Common generics and brands, each keyed to RxNorm, with the usual quantity and days’ supply.

  • 154 drug-maker offers

Cash prices from TrumpRx, LillyDirect, NovoCare and others, each with its exclusions, source page and review date.

  • 626 copay programs

Copay cards, rebates, free trials and bridge supplies for 564 brand-name medicines, each read from the drug maker’s own page, with yearly maximums and excluded states. For commercial insurance only, as the programs require.

  • 20 free-medicine programs

Drug makers’ patient assistance rules from their own forms: income limits by medicine, which coverage qualifies, and the official application, filled in the person’s browser.

  • Cash prices

Mark Cuban Cost Plus Drugs live, store generic lists and Amazon RxPass, beside CMS NADAC for what pharmacies pay.

  • Card networks

Demo today: simulated from NADAC and marked isDemo on every quote. Live network prices arrive with our card administrator.

Every price says where it came from and when.

No fee changes the order, not even on a tie: tied options go nearest pharmacy first.

What can it answer?

What won’t it do?

Each rule has a test that fails if it breaks.

  • Guess a strength

A name that fits several products returns 409 with the candidates. Ask the patient, then send the key.

  • Invent a price

A source that doesn’t answer in time is named in stats.unavailable, never filled in.

  • Break eligibility

No copay card outside commercial coverage, and each drug-maker offer’s exclusions applied.

  • Overclaim savings

No savings against an insurance copay, and intro prices counted only until they end.

  • Keep health data

Our logs can’t hold a drug name, a full ZIP code or an income.
