The price at the counter was different

Prices can change during the day and from store to store. Show the pharmacist the price and time on your screen. If it still doesn’t match, tell us so we can fix it.

Can I use this with insurance?

Yes. Tell us your copay and we’ll show it beside the cash prices, so you can see which is cheaper. For one fill you pay either through your insurance or with cash, not both. Drug makers’ copay cards are the exception: they work with insurance through work.

I’m on Medicare. What can this do for me?

Enter the plan ID from your member card to see what your own plan charges for a medicine, or compare next year’s drug plans for all your medicines at once. We also check Extra Help and charity funds that help people on Medicare.
