What the service is

• Price comparison and help programs. We compare ways to pay for prescriptions and point you to programs that may lower the cost. Searching is free and needs no account.
• Not insurance. EveryCard Rx is not health insurance and doesn’t meet any insurance requirement. Any savings card we offer is a discount card, not insurance, and you use it instead of insurance for that fill.
• Not medical advice. We compare prices and programs. Talk to your pharmacist or prescriber about which medicine is right for you, and before changing one.

Prices and estimates

• Prices change. Prices come from pharmacies, sellers, drug makers and Medicare’s files, with the time we checked. The pharmacy’s price at the counter is final.
• Medicare plan costs are estimates from Medicare’s published plan files, not advice on which plan to choose. Check a plan’s own drug list before you decide, and enroll through Medicare.gov or the plan. We don’t sell plans or enroll anyone.
• Program eligibility. “May qualify” is an estimate from a few questions. Each program decides who qualifies.

How we rank and how we make money

Options are ranked by what you pay, shipping and memberships included. We may earn a fee when a savings card we offer is used. That fee never changes the ranking, not even on a tie: options that cost the same are listed nearest pharmacy first. Nobody pays to be listed or to rank higher. Health networks may pay us to offer the service to their members.

Forms and letters

When we prepare an application or a letter (a drug maker’s free-medicine form, a Medicare exception request), you are responsible for checking it, signing it and sending it. We never sign, submit or apply for anyone.

Other sites

We link to pharmacies, drug makers, charities and government sites. They have their own terms and prices, and we don’t control them.

Fair use

Please don’t overload the service, scrape it in bulk, or use it for anything unlawful. For automated access, use our public API with a key (see the developer page).

No warranty

We work hard to keep prices and program rules accurate, and every price shows its source. Still, the service is provided as it is, without warranties, and we can’t promise every price or rule is current. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do.
