How it works
One question, every way to pay less.
- Ask the way you’d ask a friend. “What’s the cheapest way to get my atorvastatin near 33774?” We ask what coverage you have, because it decides which discounts you can use.
- Every way to pay, side by side. Mark Cuban Cost Plus Drugs, Walmart’s low-cost generics, Amazon RxPass, drug makers’ own prices and copay cards, and on Medicare, what your own plan charges. Lowest total first, shipping and memberships included.
- Pick one and go. Order by mail, go to the store, or use your plan. Each option says exactly how. No app and no account.
- Keep paying less. We tell you when your insurance is the better deal, when an introductory price ends, and which help programs, like Medicare Extra Help, you may qualify for.
What we won’t do
- Rank by who pays us. A fee never moves anything up, not even on a tie.
- Sell your searches, or show ads that follow you.
- Give medical advice. Ask your pharmacist or prescriber before changing medicines.
Why not every price?
We only show prices we’re allowed to show side by side. Discount-card prices at local pharmacies aren’t included yet. Some services, like GoodRx, don’t allow comparison, so we link to them instead.
