Who gets what?

Nothing changes in the clinic.

  • Patients

The lowest price for every prescription, in chat or on the web, and a card that works at the counter.

  • Care teams

Reports on who refills on time, which kinds of medicine slip, and where cost gets in the way. No names.

  • The network

A member benefit with your name on it, and a monthly savings report for the board.

A cash fill never reaches the plan’s claims.

With your own card, those fills come back to you, with no names attached. For Medicare members, the finder shows what their own plan charges beside the cash prices.

How does a pilot run?

Ninety days, then you decide.

  1. Week 1

Your name, logo and colours on the finder and the card, at your own address, with a care-team number on every result.

  2. Weeks 2 and 3

Cards at the front desk, a QR code on discharge papers, a link texted to members with cost-related gaps. Your launch kit has the flyer, staff guide and messages ready to go: see a sample kit.

  3. Every month

Members reached, dollars saved and on-time refills by medicine group, with small groups hidden.

  4. Day 90

Keep it, widen it or stop. The report is yours either way.

What does it cost?

Nothing for the first 90 days.

  • Days 1 to 90

Free: your branded finder and card, the care-team line and the monthly report.

  • After day 90

A small fee per member per month, set with you before the pilot ends from your member count and what the pilot showed.

  • For patients

Always free. No sign-up, and the card costs them nothing.

What could your members save?

Your numbers, worked out here. Nothing is sent.

For scale: generic Januvia is $51.64 a month from Cost Plus, against $84.57 from Merck, $32.93 apart.

What’s already in it?

Working today, with real prices.

  • Drug makers’ own prices

154 cash prices sold directly by drug makers (Eliquis, Jardiance, Farxiga, Zepbound, Lantus and more), each shown only to the people allowed to use it.

  • Live cash prices

Mark Cuban Cost Plus, Walmart’s low-cost generics, Amazon RxPass and copay cards, plus what a member’s own Medicare plan charges.

  • Help programs

Medicare Extra Help, 20 free-medicine programs, 338 charity funds and state programs, checked in plain language.

What won’t it do?

Written down, and checked automatically on every update.

  • Rank by who pays

Results are sorted by what the patient pays. A fee never moves a card up, not even on a tie.

  • Sell or track

No ad trackers, no selling of health data, and logs that can’t record a medicine’s name.

  • Name anyone

Reports carry no names, and any group under 11 members is folded into the totals.

  • Give clinical advice

Prices and program screening only. Medicine questions go to the pharmacist or prescriber.
